“Mula Apari hanggang Jolo.” The famous noon-time show song. I think that’s the only recollection I have from that side of the country the South.

We had the pleasure of talking to the owner, Mr. Miguel Cabel Moreno during our visit there, and he gladly explained the concept and his original family recipes. So it is his mission to introduce their southern delicacies. Mixed with other mouth-watering dishes, it was truly a treat going and experiencing what this not-so-typical restaurant is boasting about.

Some of their dishes came from 3 generations of their family. From his lola, to his parents, and of course the siblings.

Let’s see some of the dished that were served during our visit.

LABUYO CHICKEN

My absolute favorite! If you love spicy dishes, this one is perfect for you. Make sure you have lots of water beside you! Try it with their Turmeric Rice.
